My guess is that it won't be as slick and as quick as TiVo, but it addresses most all of the major functionality advantages that TiVo had over SARA. I do not have a confirmation on timetables or whether this will be a definite for everyone or dependent on individual franchise adoption.
From what I understand, this is going to replace SARA and Passport on the TWC boxes over the next 8 months.
